Is there a way to leave the photo ready lighting on longer? I hit the button on the back and by the time I get my phone ready to take the pic I want, it goes back to the grow lighting.

Press the button one single time after the Grobo is open. Took me awhile to figure it out… One quick push and you’ll see the photo light turn on for 30 seconds
What I did in the beginning was hold it in for a couple seconds which would basically activate the unlock mechanism that turns the light on for like 5 seconds or something like that, real short…which I’m assuming is what you might be doing

You can also just open the app on your phone - there’s a photo button in the app.
Then when the light goes out just switch to the grobo app, press the light button, then switch back to the camera quickly and take some more pics.

What I also do is wait for my weekly water change or water top off and take a picture since you’ll have time as the LED change to blue.
