Your plant looks fine to me, the first two leaves always curl.
The second set on your plant is curled but I’m not sure its anything to worry about just yet.
If you start to notice the third set curling then maybe we have a problem.
Was there a reason your coco pod is not level with the lid? Its very high so be sure the bubbles can reach plant to water it or you will get curling from plant being thirsty!
