I have been know as the city farmer. I have be farming fruits & vegetable for over 13+ years in Chicago however I have 4 acres of land in Covert Michigan. I want to grow medical marijuana however, I was told by the town, that they have opted out. No worries, I will try Hemp! If there are any attorneys from Michigan who subscribe, please send me an email. My question is "where or what shall I do first. I sustained a knee injury which is why I use CBD today…

Hello,
I am in covert Michigan. And I was told that the town which is Van Buren Michigan opted out so I’m trying to find out what I can do since they won’t allow me to grow medical marijuana.
If you have any ideas let me know, I’m just trying to get established so that I can begin the process.
Currently I’m in the process of trying to find out my legal rights resources and where to go to get grants.
