I certainly appreciate the frustration.
Looking deeper into our system, it says the refund was successful but I can’t find any evidence of the transfer taking place. I have just re-initiated the refund and will keep an eye on it to make sure it goes through. It might still take 5-10 days to show up on your statement and there is unfortunately no way for us to accelerate this.
Please let me know if you haven’t received the funds by the end of next week. I’m confident that you should see them shortly though.
