I got my Grobo premium today and I was kind of let down. The parts secured with double stick tape are half falling off, the holes in the bottom are not the right distance to match the screw holes of the dosing control box. I’ve opened a handful of tickets trying to get any help. I can’t call support for 10 days from now and only if I schedule a call like right now.
So I hope I can get some guidance from the group
