So the number one issue when growing indoors is temp and humidity throughout the grow. How does his system account for that?

It doesn’t 
temp and rh are up to you to control. If you have a room you can keep at a constant temp value, say 78-80 degrees, that will help. Then all you have to do is either lower rh or raise it using humidifier and or dehumidifier. Alternatively if you have a hot room with high rh and have an air conditioner it will bring both down
