Haven’t watered in a few days. Is she still wet ? Forest farms soil. I use p h water What’s wrong ??

She looks like she needs water, if you havent watered in a few days go ahead and water. That droop is usually due to under or over watering, but that takes some former knowledge of the plants environment to diagnose

I have forgotten to water my plants before and they looked like that, even worse but a few hours after watering they came right back to life.

If u don’t have a meter stick ur finger down in the dirt like an inch deep that will tell u but she does look 
thirsty an run 
ur fingers on the bottom of the pot an see how dry it is

Not giving the plant water and leaving the soil dry to its wilting point will stress your plants and can turn your female into a hermaphrodite. Look into terra sorb.
