I’m pretty sure the ro unit would take care of anything added to the water before going into the unit itself. I honestly love having the ro water. For my plant but more so for my consumption. I notice a big difference, same with the wife. She barely drinks anything other than water lol

Great info in this thread , after numerous runs to the store and lugging bottles to the basement, this gadget seems like the way to go.

The r.o unit? Yes it’s worth every penny. And you wouldn’t just be getting it for the Grobo. Water is so much better coming out of that vs tap water, drinking wise👍
