Grobo drained all water and bottles. This is the second time. Installed ground wire after first dump. it did not help apparently. I am fed up and want a refund!

Very sorry this is happening to you.
Have my fingers crossed that it’s not foreshadowing of a much bigger problem.
Let’s hope they get back from there holiday(s) and can get started on getting all these boxes back up and running.
