I have a question. If I’m going away and wanted to setup a gravity water feed, should it just be distilled or can I dose it? I’m dosing my own res. Also it’s not in a grobo it’s in my own. Any and all info greatly appreciated. I’ll be gone for 10 days. Their drinking a little over a gallon a day so don’t want them to starve.
This is an interesting question so i’m following. I do RDWC so it’s always dosed but also the water is always flowing and mixing. I’m interested to see what you have in mind as far as a gravity feeding res without recirculating?
Most of us use a spare pump and hose in the reservoir to circulate nutrient water continuously so nutrient ph doesnt spike up and everything stays mixed up.
