Everything else is working bit the front light is out?? Not allowing me to open from my phone either but its connected to internet

The LED probably came unplugged I would imagine… It’s plugged in directly under the lid of the Grobo
- Unplug Grobo
- Open front door and remove two screws
- Remove two back screws
- LED indicator light is connected up top there directly under the board… maybe this came unplugged?
You probably will have to do this in order to fix it, however, you might want to send a support ticket to Grobo and ask first!

Try a power cycle. Also ypu can unscrew the lid to check if it became disconnected
