Fluid glass not changing back; door not locking automatically [RESOLVED]

Anyone run into this problem? Would a hard reset fix it?

I have not experienced this but Hard Reset would be my first course of action. If unsuccessful submit a ticket.

Lucky for me i just popped my seed in; so it wont be much of a hassle.
