When should I begin trimming my plant and how much should I do? Can I do too much trimming? Should I only be doing two or three at a time?

What day are you on? I wouldn’t trim yet unless you see unhealthy leaves such as yellow/brown spotting, or super droopy. She looks super green and happy no need to stress her just yet. Your plant needs those big fan leaves right now to grow and be strong, they are her food supply.

Every strain is different some grow quicker/longer than others. But in general, most ppl like to start some kind of training around the 5th-6th node.
