She looks very healthy. That color on the roots looks to be from the nutrients, nothing to be concerned about.
I would only recommend keeping the reservoir closed unless you notice trouble “up top”. She’ll manifest symptoms above before you catch them below; it’s best to leave the root area undisturbed unless necessary.
