how far along can u defoliate? At this point are they still growing (stretching)? Don’t know if I stunted the shorter one growth that’s the one I did the most practicing on

Hey @Farmercuetical typically nothing more than light defoliation for the sole purpose of getting light to bud sites is recommended after week 3 of flower.
