Me personally like I said I would start with all the big one 
first an open her up then take another pic an go from there

U still have a lot of really big fan leaves 
there u still have to remove there is a video from grobo to show u if ur not sure

Right before your next water change I would take off everything below the red line, and take off the two large fan leaves…then enjoy the beauty of the buds!

Also there is no buds yet when should i start seeing something
Usually you’ll start seeing pistils during transition, sometimes after. Can you take closer pics of the upper bud sites? Is this a fem seed?

So she’s showing pistils which is a GREAT sign. Don’t trim now for two weeks and post a pic after that. You’re on your way to your first harvest! I’d cut off that lowest fan leaf first though
