Fan Leaves and new uses

Again, I tend to be a hoarder… my freezer is full of fan because I love to juice for the antioxidants effects. However, I can’t fit anything in my freezer! Good thing I don’t eat meat…but I do need room for ice. Lol any suggestions on what I may do with some of this short of tossing??? Again, I don’t throw away anything from these thanks!
