Hello growers
I’m 10 days in to my early veg stage and neither of my fans have kicked on. I know by now a fan should have started up. I pretty sure I read the second would start after 20 something days. I’ve already put in a ticket. Ive power cycled my unit. I’ve followed their prompts. Still nothing. Has anyone else had anything similar happen to them? Open to advice.

@Cookiemonster Put the back of your hand up to the vent on the lower fan, it can be tricky to tell if it’s on by looking at it. It has fooled a bunch of us.
