Excitement!

Have you ever… Been waiting for something (Grobo) so long and then you hear a ting notification :bell: on your phone that makes you jump out of your seat with excitement? You wait like two seconds to compose yourself, then hit the email button to get the best news you’ve encountered in quite awhile. Your eyes get big as you read the email that says your xtra set of nuts are ready for delivery! :joy::rofl::sweat_smile::fearful::cold_sweat::sob::rage: Well these are the stories I’m interested in hearing, join in the laughs as we struggle to become a growing pun intended Grobo community! No seriously this just happened to me!

Ok so how many of you have taken off work or waited all day because you received a confirmation email saying your Grobo will be delivered today via FedEx?
So you become a nervous wreck checking your doorbell and keeping inside noises to a low so you can hear the door at all times. You may even sit with your front door open all day watching nosy neighbors peer in from time to time.
Its getting late and you have checked your door, your doorbell, your email and your Arrive account a million times! Your suddenly startled by a notification and you pop out of your seat startled. I’m reading the first line telling me your Grobo is on its way! A little more excitement and it suddenly says tomorrow! Umm didn’t I mention its been all day! Furiously! I literally am going to bed for the night and tomorrow it better not have a scratch on my Grobo where anyone was being careless or nosey! ,I can’t with FedEx anymore! Why can’t we have UPS?

Hey @Bplatinum9,

We are actively looking at flipping all of our shipping over to UPS as we speak. Sorry to hear FedEx are dragging their feet on your delivery, we want you growing!

No worries! @Stephen, my Grobo has just arrived after chasing the driver before he finished trying to simultaneously ring the doorbell while pasting a sticky note that he tried to deliver and no one was home with one foot headed for the :articulated_lorry: truck! The look on his face as I broke my neck to race 10 feet from the door all the while the ring doorbell was just trying to finish its ring! Lol! Got you sucka! He knew he wasnt giving anyone the chance to get to the door and the package had to be signed for! No way was I leaving my Grobo on that truck another day, that’s how accidents happen! @James, I’m official now! Let me know how your delivery went!

Super excited! Just taking my time with it! I’m gonna soak my seed ( kush n cookies) tonight and finish set up when I sprout and start my grow because I couldn’t get my fans to go off after I completed setting up the wifi I had to unplug it until my seed is ready. What seed are you starting with again?

I just started germinating some InHouse Genetics Slurricane IX (hybrid). Intend to use the generic Hybrid recipe in the Grobo and Stephen was kind enough to allow me access to the Beta program when I requested more than a week ago. From what I’ve read today the beta program is now closed.

I do have some other ladies already potted and playing around with my jewelers loop and how well it would be to take pictures. I will be sending the microbriteplus back as it’s not going to work for my application or I have a bum unit.

This gal is a Gorilla Glue Auto started a few days ago

My outdoor grow is currently being cured

@Bplatinum9,

I’m stoked for you, great move on the truck run! I’ve been compiling feedback on FedEx and I’m actively moving over to UPS in the coming weeks for all of our shipments. We are also beefing up our packaging to be ready for abuse.

Let us know how the grow progresses,

Cheers,
Stephen

Mine held up really good considering I could tell it had been cornered! Lol! No it literally had been slammed a time or two but the box took most of the damage! No visual damage!

So I’ve been using my grobo for 17days now and I can honestly say “knock on wood” that it has been easy and fun watching my kush n cookies :cookie: grow! My seed took right off, my unit has been working as it should, allgrowers has been very helpful, and my plant is a beast! Now I just need to save up some money for another machine because it doesn’t produce the quantity needed. Looking forward to a full grow and harvest! :racehorse::rainbow::seedling:

Very happy for you @Bplatinum9 , I too want a second unit but my money tree is all out. That’s why I went with a couple of outdoor autos to supplement my supply.

@Stephane I think once I have a good down payment I’m gonna use sizzle ( it shows up as a payment option when on the Grobo.io site) to make the rest of the payments because there is no finance fee. Or maybe you can check out the affirm app that allows you to make payments with little or no deposit mostly none and the payments start the next month from ordering so there is nothing to pay right away. I never used sizzle before but I have been using the affirm app all year and I love it! @Stephane, you made that outdoor grow look so simple!
