Everything Flora Flex

Yep I totally understood, just needed to get the numbers right so I would know what I’m doing, finally think I’m understanding how to ph properly.
Didnt have to really understand ph using the grobo!
Yeah next grow I will have to fix my drain in the tray to do leach water. It sorta got clogged early on.
I’m hoping the larger size bubbler will help which size are you using when flowering?
Are you switching soon?
My plants looked horrible today, a lot of yellow leaves, hopefully the water will be better and the changes I made will help.
Still trying to get it down to a science so I can feel a bit more comfortable with tent grows.
I raised the light a bit too. Gonna wait a week to see if the plants perk back up and color gets better.

I’m using the blue bubbler I like the flow better.

Now remember with high flow being able to water by the seconds helps you dial it in

Yes I’m switching soon thinking maybe end of this week need to do a few things before I switch

Deleaf again
Add a second net
Finish building my water system (show later)
Most important make a few clones
Let the plant recover a bit

Then I’m ready to flip

My best advice is what I told you before I would flush the plants and start over (Nutes in Coco). You will be shocked on fast they bounce back

My timer doesn’t run on seconds just minutes so for now I’m going to stick with the red bubbler or I’ll be lugging water up from the basement because I have no drains down there.
I already started flower with nutes or I would have flushed first had I understood a bit better.

If things don’t start to look up I will take the pump out and put it in a bucket of water to flush it.

It’s never too late to flush, from experience and what others have taught me. You could use up all the nutrients you have and then for a few days or so you could use a Cal-Mag flush. Coco isn’t ideal with just water, and your using RO water so you definitely want to buffer with the CalMag you use. I know it’s a headache but if you water so you get a decent amount of plant run off for this flush you will likely rejuvenate the soil and eliminate any issues now rather than dealing with them later when it isn’t as simple to correct. Or I would consider what M said and get some enzyme solution. SLF-100 is the go to for many growers as it has a great reputation for efficacy and price point.

Also, considering you only have 2 plants your run off will be very light. 10-25% run off value is more than sufficient. So if you feed 1000 ml/32 oz your run off will be between 100-250ml/ or about 4-8oz run off per plant maximum. As long as your temperature is about 75 degrees that water will likely evaporate before next feeding which you wouldn’t have to take any water out of the drain res. I have plants in 3 gallons of coco perlite and I get about 1-2 gallons of run off per feeed cause I’m actively flushing. When the soil is good to go I’ll only be taking out a half gallon here and there. I might suggest doing a test feed. Run the max gauge bubbler attachment for a feed of about 1 minute and see how much run off comes from your plants. Then you’ll be able to dial in the exact amount of nutrients in and run off out and you’ll have great control over the plants growth. Hope this helps a little bit.

Looking great, M! They are definitely ready for flower. It’s gonna be cool to see our grows pretty much running simultaneously. I’m about to flip to flower in about a week as well. I’m not running FloraFlex on this run but still cool to see both results.

It does help a lot thanks!
I’m running the bubbler next to the last size because I have no way to drain, at one minute intervals four times a day, gonna find out if it will produce run off.
I couldn’t have gotten this far without the help of my three amigos! @chris_barfield, @Mpower11, @Brotherbuddah Thanks guys!

Yea I use slf-100 … great results with it … I don’t use the bubbler inserts only because I like to overwater simply because I like to keep nutes as fresh as I can … just a personal thing not needed … so I will overwater to empty the res … but both setups are looking good … @Bplatinum9 your plants will recover just lock in ph and always create runoff and they will bounce back.

I think it’s a monosilicic acid for plants but I maybe wrong

Some shots of some of the girls praying … I figured out my feed was off in regard to ppm so I was underfeeding hence the purple stems but since I’ve raised and the green is taking over …

@Bplatinum9 and @Mpower11 I appreciate the words… power si is indeed a silica … it also has other Vitamins, mineral and amino acids the plant uses … also I think the way that it’s made allows for the easy intake by the plants … whatever it is it’s the truth lol
