Draining issue [RESOLVED]

I go to the app tell it to do the normal process for drain and nothing Happens. Please help

Also checked the black tube and seems to be free of clogs

Mine wouldn’t drain via the application today either. I ended up logging on via a browser and it worked fine.

Was the 3 inch long screen piece on the drain hose when it came? Mine was just laying in the bottom and came off, I think it is used so nothing clogs it from draining.
