Has anyone had this happen? I can go into the app and click the lock button and it will lock the door (I hear the clock engaging it) but no longer than 10 seconds later it unlocks.
Thoughts?

Actually now that I’ve read around, it seems the door is never actually locking. I just went and tested by lifting the door a little to engage the lock, still no luck. This is certainly causing the light leakage issue, and will likely cause smell leakage as well. If there is any way to fix this that would be great!

The app button only unlocks it. You still need to push it in fully to click for it to re lock
Ya. I realize I wrote that wrong. But I think I got it by bending the tab and pushing on the door hard. It’s locked now.
