Door Latch Stuck

Hi everyone! Last week I received my second Grobo Premium and noticed that the lock latch mechanism gets stuck in the recessed hole quite often. See pics. I have to really tease the latch out of the hole using a finger and “come hither” type motion. Any idea how I can fix the latch sticking?

Have the same problem sometimes and have to keep flicking it to release…need to know what the solution is also…one day it took almost 5 mins to release latch to close door

Submit a ticket fellas. There is a way to fix it.

I always have to push my door in before it unlatches. It’s possible the tongue of your door is bent UP a bit too much, (Too much pressure on the latch) try bending it down a bit to see if that helps or hinders.

Same here with the pushing in of the door. This issue is different, the latch is getting stuck in the up position which doesn’t allow the door to lock.
