Pictures not clear enough to be sure, from what I can see, partly cloudy with a couple ambers.
Question: what part of your plant are the pics from?
Do you want more THC or CBD?
Can you take the flash off and retake clearer pics?
Day 49/50 of what?
If its flower I would wait one week and move to flush.

The pics are from two different buds at the top. I feel that the 10 day flush should bring her in nicely, since there are some amber trichs already. I like a energetic high more than couch lock.

The buds closest to the light may be the only trichomes ripe enough.
Try checking the middle buds before you start flush.
P.s. Keep a log of your shift schedule so when you try your harvest and its not strong enough you will know where and when to adjust this particular strain.
