She is small but dont be alarmed just yet.
Your fan is too close! Try using magnetic hooks and hang it so its not directly on the plant, even turned up the air at the bottom is direct.
All plants do not grow at the same rate.
Have you added anything besides grobo nutrients?
It would help if you weigh down or tuck those large fan leaves blocking your bud sites si they may get some light and grow!
You can clean up the bottom but not more than 20% taken off.
Also if you have four nodes you can top and these things should bring change!

Might just be genetics. My Do-si-dos grow took awhile to stretch I just kept extending late veg until it reached the 2nd fan

I agree thanks I did find out white widow likes a higher temp I was at 72-73 went to 77 -78 an now doing much better
