So I’m on day 11 , from what I saw my bottom fan should be on by day 10 … checked this morning and the fan isnt turning on I’m trying a factory reset as we speak . Any ideas ?

Put your hand over it. Can you feel anything. I did think it was 10 days as well. Look from the back? If it open a ticket. There easy to replace. P.s. much like the air stone there is no impending doom to have it fixed today. Plant wont be affected for awhile so you have time to correct.

I put a light up to it and the fans aren’t spinning at all .
