Cutting Fan Leaves Question

Hi guys, this might be a stupid question - when cutting fan leaves during flower stage, would you cut a leaf on the bottom or a fan leaf next to the buds on the same branch? Both fan leaves are the same size, same healthy appearance, and are not blocking any bud sites. I’m trying to be mindful in which leaves I cut and I was wondering if removing one leaf is better than the other.

In the top photo id remove the one your holding and the one directly behind it covering the light too

I agree @Todd.grobo ,
I usually start with the biggest leaves no matter where they are.
Then anything blocking light or buds. :eyes::seedling:

Colas with barely any fan leaves. Its ok. Its just food. Its not an arm or eye. Hehe.

Yes, 2-3 weeks is my guess. Haven’t taken out the microscope yet but I will soon haha
