I hopped on the app and was prompted with “you’re not connected” message.
When trying to pair my device to grobos servers it fails I’m prompted to powercycle the grobo allowing 30 seconds to pass and try again.
I notice there are no LED light on the front. I check out What do the User LED colours mean? – Grobo Help Center
No mention of “no LED”
Try to connect again via the app. Suggests powercycling once more. Waited a little longer this time. Still no LED outside light
Lights inside the unit work. Air stone is producing bubbles. WiFi shows the Grobo and allows pairing of device. (Holding down the button in the back for several seconds shows the grobo-xxxx). Roll through the password, success.
Finally allows me to see the grobo through the app as “online” I am able to engage the glass through the app, but still no LED?
Has anyone else encountered this? It appears everything else is functioning. An email was sent to support
