Brown Lower Leaves

The lower leaves on my plant are showing brown spots. Should I leave them as is? Trim them off? Doesn’t seem to be happening to any of the higher ones.

Yes I would trim them off, they are no longer receiving light and thus your plant has deemed them unnecessary and is cannibalizing them. They are wasted energy which could be focused on more important/new growth.
