Contact support and submit a ticket ASAP something isn’t right. Is the bubbler working? Can you take pics of the bottles and post them?

Yes, the bubbler is working. I’ll send a picture of the bottles tomorrow.
Do you have fans blowing on them, or any devices to let you know water temp, temp inside the unit, or humidity? And like @miami5th said I’d definitely write a support ticket, and have them check over everything

Is your coco pod wet? Are your nute bottles dispensing? Have you cleaned/calibrated your sensors?
