What steps do I need to take to activate used grobo

There are a couple packages you can buy from the store. The basic one will switch it to your name and do a one time diagnostic to make sure everything is working correctly. That is the one I did when a friend gave me his. I have since then contacted them for other grow related concerns and they have helped everytime!

Ok nevermind I just typed in diagnostics and it led me to it!
So @miami5th is diagnostics a must or can he just transfer names like we used to do in the begining?
@Bplatinum9 I think it says the Basic Diagnostic is the required minimum to get the unit transferred over and online.

You’ll have a 30-minute call with one of our support specialists who will help pair the Grobo to your account, remove the old owner, and complete a full diagnostics check of the system. If any repairs, updates or calibrations are required they will be highlighted to you during this call.

Sorry just got back online and saw the post. Glad you found it! @miami5th you are correct the basic is the minimum purchase to get the name switched. @Gary_Payton you can start grow before you switch it or after, I don’t think it matters. I would prob transfer first just to makes sure everything is ok before you start.
