I ordered bottle #5 days ago I have to change my reservoir tomorrow so I called Rightbud to check on my order and they tell me that it’s on backorder, why didn’t they tell me 6 days ago when I could have done something? Any ideas?

Only in an emergency until your shipment comes or you can wait to see if your plant even shows signs of needing it first.
