It does look like it might be on the mend. It helps a lot to take a pic from the same angle(s) every day and compare them. You want to look at those pics and determine: Is that yellowing getting any worse (or better)? and same thing with the brown spots; are they continuing or slowing down.

The leaves with brown will continue and die so don’t be too concerned about them so much as the newer growth.

The growth up top is what’s most important to watch, is it coming in steadily and healthy-looking? Past that, it’s a measure of how fast/slow are the other leaves dying off (or did it stop).

I see some spots and yellowing on some of the newer growth. Is this a concern? Any recommendations?

Not nutrient burn this time. Looks like a pH issue to me. Can you post a pic of your bottles 1 & 2? Also, did support mention anything to you regarding your pH, I would assume this is one of the first things that they would have initially checked. If not pH then most likely nutrient lockout of some sort. Can you confirm that your bottles 3, 4, and 5 are dispensing?

All are dispensing yes. And seems like quite a bit gone but this is my first rodeo.

It’s used up quite a bit of the acid, your pH probe may need to be calibrated. Do you have any way to manually check your waters pH? It should be hovering around 6.0.

Thanks for posting the pics, I kind of had a feeling this is what we would see. @VermontGrobo is right, your unit has dispensed quite a lot of bottle 2 for how young your plant is. What type of water are you using and are you currently adding any supplements other than Grobo nutrients? If you have a handheld pH meter go ahead and test the pH of the solution in your reservoir and let us know what it is.

I haven’t added anything and I’m using reverse osmosis water every time. I have a ph meter but the instructions were written by some Chinese idiot so they done make a ton of sense like many of these instructions that come from there do. Said to dry with filter paper and I’ve read I must calibrate it first? No clue what filter paper is and why in the hell don’t they include shit to calibrate them? So frustrating all of this. I’m trying to keep a good attitude but I still regret even getting this grobo and venturing down this road. It’s more trouble than it’s worth in my opinion. So do I need to calibrate it first? And no clue why it’s dispensed so much but I can say I’m on day 29 of growing.

Roots look fine @Jamminbear

I got this meter and the instructions are garbage. Do I need to calibrate first ? Can I store it dry? I haven’t even used it since it did me cero good after reading the useless instructions. Got you buddy, you’re right it isn’t easy but I guarantee once you get dialed in you’re going to feel much differently. Go ahead and order a pH pen care kit and submit another support ticket requesting assistance with a pH probe health check & calibration.

I have the same meters. As a man of too many expensive hobbies I have learned to just buy the best shit up front, you know you’re going to end up doing so down the road when cheap stuff let’s you down. Buy once cry once!

Can you tell me how to submit a ticket ? Is that the same as emailing grobo? @SWSVIC

@Tebori u will need a calibration for these devices once a month… If u forget that is ok but 1x a month with calibration will help. If u bought that kit… it will have some calibration solutions for u but you will eventually run out…
