New grower here. I germinated seed outside of my Grobo
. I’m curious when you put it in the cocoa pod do you need to also cover the seas completely or can you leave it partially exposed I have attached a picture. The tail was at least 1-2 inches before I put in the coco pod

Hey there! First off you need to push that coco pod up. Needs to be flush with the lid not pushed down like that or your coco pod will stay too wet and you’ll risk dampening off. And then yeah take a small piece of it, just rip a little off and put it gently on top, just make sure there’s moisture on it and then she’ll pop up when she’s ready
