How soon should I start LST? My last grow I waited to late, and she darn near grew out the box. I want to prevent that this time. Any tips or tricks?

This is my first grow however I started training her as soon as she recovered from the first topping, which was a week after topping her. Shes responded very well to it.

If you are growing an autoflower, I’ve read that you can start training her as soon as she receives her 2nd node.

I bent her when she was around this big
