So I got a notification via the Grobo app to drain and refill the water. I go through the initial process/steps to drain the water and my light above the door was green and the Grobo was disconnected from WiFi. I held the button in the back for 10 seconds (instructed to by app) and it reconnected/light turned blue.
I started the drain process and the tub was fully empty. When I started to refill, everything was going accordingly yet this time the water filled all the way to the top floating lever, like it did the first time I drained/refilled. Every time I did this process after the very first time I drained/refilled the tub would take less and less water and now it’s back to the top. Did I reset the entire system and now it assumes this is day 1? Is this normal?
