I was just going to ask this as I saw a video of a guy and he just hung the entire plant, then manicured it later.
Seems there has to be some reason behind why some do it?

As i understand the process of drying slowly purposefully allows the plant longer to break down chlorophyll. With a higher humidity this is possible.
