Really hard to tell with that purple hue! Can’t see the color of the leaves.
Also would be helpful to know what medium your using!

Color is good. Using ocean farm soil

Without a better pic I can tell you that…
Over watering = droopy leaves, wilted leaves, droop even mire right after watering and will eventually turn yellow.
Under watering = wilting & lifeless & limp and can be paper thin due to no water inside them but they get better after watering, and turn yellow if this is a chronic under watering issue.

This plant looks healthy to me! What do you keep your ph at?
Just looks like it could use a bit more!
Keep in mind when dealing with large leaves they tend to point downward but are not limp or curled!
