Stuck at “finishing up”

Hello,

I calibrated my sensor 12 days ago and was told by grobo support to calibrate it again so I reordered calibration fluid packs and started calibration again. After the probe was “calibrated”, the application told me to conduct another health check. So I complied and after the health check the application is perpetually stuck at “finishing up” this can take several minutes.

I’ve now power cycled the grobo and reattempted the calibration with identical results. What should I do?

The pH probe is in the 7.0 solution.

I ended up replacing the probe and everything is working now. If the application was hanging on strange data from the sensor it’s too bad it wasn’t able to indicate this; instead freezing at the dialog.
