Is this a pollen sack i found on a flowering plant can that happen and what caused it? It was on two main colas of the same plant. I should have took a pic of them on the plant but i carefully removed them i guess
Will it continue to grow those? Should i execute her? i check on em everyday and today was first time i noticed it like it grew over night

Yes, those are what we call Nanners and are a sign of a hermaphrodite plant or bud. You can absolutely get to harvest and enjoy these, but you may find the odd seed in the buds due to these.
Genetics are the #1 cause, although stress can also cause a plant to hermie.
