Light setting what setting should I put my plant I started my grow today at 07162019 at 1am est

I’d wake her up at 3pm and sleep at 11am

I do 7 pm-7 am for flower. Cause that’s the cheapest time for me. I realistically do it based on my energy cost. The plant doesn’t know what time of day it is, it’s in the box lol

I suggest running in off hours to avoid excess heat build up.

During veg I start it at 5pm and goes till 1pm the next day. The expensive time for me is between 12-5pm I believe. I also have my a/c blasting because it’s borderline 40 friggen degrees right now outside…. So that helps with temp stuff

Yeah, you can’t avoid some peak pricing times during the 18 hour cycle. May as well piggyback off your A/C running. It’s blazing hot in a good chunk of North America at the moment.
