Light of the Grobo goes out after about 10min.
Also after restart. The outside temperature is constantly 21 degrees.
No matter if the door is closed or open the problem remains. What should I do.
After the pump, this is now the 2nd serious error! Even after software update no improvement

Where is your grobo located what is the temperature in that room lights usually turn off if the unit is to hot
Open a ticket with support for sure. Could be overheating
