Is this mold in the soil?

Hi all! I noticed this earlier - a white like mold on the soil. I cut some out and seems a little more has since grown. Is this normal?

No that looks like a good looking drying or dried out on top coco pod which is what you want.

If your plant is fine then don’t worry about it … but that is perfectly fine …
