Grobo wont fill please help

My grobo won’t fill it’ll just say it’s filled and the pump won’t even turn on any ideAs want it could be

Update the app will continue to say filled complete but the pump keeps going until it fills completely now other issue is that it won’t come off fill mode the light stays green and the nutrients are not dispensed does anybody else have this issue ?

Will do @Stephen i been so busy lately it’s hard to get on the app and stuff but I will try it again to see what it does once I get home
