Flower period question

Hi growers,
My super silver haze grow is nearing completion and I have a question.
My Grobo recipe has my plant flowering for 40 days but the ILGM website says the plant needs to flower for 63 days. What is the reason for the discrepancy and should I consider extending my flower period?

I would extend in your schedule to this amount of time. Especially if you trimmed

Those buds are definitely not getting enough light. Add 2 weeks for sure.

Those buds are at the top of the canopy about 3” from the light.

The plant got too big

Id cut off every fan leaf at this point
