Dropped plant should I be worried?

Today I dropped my plant it literally felt like i deopped my own baby smh it wasnt on purpose I had to change my lid out due to the water chiller be no good and making the grobo extremely hot ! In the process of chnaging out lids my plant actually dropped and I can see it looks stressed out should i be worried it will die or just give it a few days ? Today was also a water change day

I’m thinking if nothing broke on the plant it will recover. I was trying to push my pod up one time and I shot it out into my lap. Plant and all. It recovered fine. I’m a beginner.

Thank you so much I pray it recovers it litterally broke my heart when it fell smh also nothing did break from my looking at it just the plant looked a bit slanted
