When I try to drain nothing happens.
I can fill.
Started after harvest, there was root residue.
How can i get in to clean out the pump?
What is the bit type for the screw to get into the box?

This happend to me. Exactly same thing, after harvest.
Piece of root got stuck in the pump itself. I took apart Grobo, disassembled drain pump, and took the clogged material out. Works great now. They sent me replacement pump, but easy enough to just fix the pump
