Been slack about starting my new seed, was trying to drain it and get the old water out to clean it and it took out half the water and stopped and will not fill or drain now. Unplugged multiple times.

Check that all your floats are free from debris. after that verify that your drain hose is indeed at the bottom of your tank.
That is what I would start with. if that doesn’t work get a ticket in for sure.

Would be easier if you could take the black tub out would make cleaning it much easier.

How did you resolve this I have similar issue it seems, only I can fill, just not drain.
