Hey guys, I started getting the emailed about the water level for the second week and how it effects the grow at the beginning. But upon refilling it fills to the high level when apparently I should be at low level at this point?

It’s supposed to fill to the high line every week. Your good.

@toeknee it depends on your schedule. Rest assured that the device will always fill to the correct high fill/low fill lines. However, if you do notice that it is always filling to the high fill line please write in to support@grobo.ca
