Isn’t Orca the exact same thing just in liquid form?
Almost the same but not exactly.
I haven’t investigated what exactly all of these differences mean in terms of benefits gained/lost. It’s safe to assume that Orca is only meant for hydroponics (reservoir) and Great White is more of a general purpose solution and that’s what most of the difference is about.
Orca:
-
- Has Streptomyces griseus and Streptomyces lydicus, Great White does not.
- Doesn’t seem to have any of the Ectomycorrhiza that Great White has.
- Doesn’t have about half of the Glomus that Great White has.
- Doesn’t have any trichoderma.
- Is missing a few others that Great White has.
Great White:
-
- Is missing a couple things that Orca has but has a wider range of application.
The concentration of the powder also seems higher than that of the liquid, which is typical of liquid vs powder.
